Not correct. Lenin actually did allow open homosexuals to serve in the Supreme Soviet. The “gender madness”, should it have approached its current form (science was not so advanced) was not allowed to reach fever pitch when Stalin rolled it back.
And I do not recall the rest of the European Union being part of the Anglosphere. Transgenderism was apparent on the continent long before in the Anglosphere; take note of Einar Wegener aka “Lili Elbe”.
Not to mention gender madness being apparent in Native American tribes, in the form of “two-spirits” aka Berdache.
