This guy has been a PITA for many years. However, he’s just doing what Socialist Democrats do - bending the rules to the point of breaking while skimming the foam off the top for themselves.
The beer is nothing to write home about, either. ;)

They would be only a minor national irritant without the Socialist Democrats in the media constantly covering for them and propping them up.
