I’d like to see Jack Smith on the stand to explain just how he knows that the 2020 election was honest and secure. Did he investigate the 1,500 sworn affidavits by those who saw suspicious activities and potential fraud taking place? Did he do any signature matching?

He will be given no due process. The Judge will not let him see the evidence against him. The Judge will not let him subpoena witnesses. The Judge will not let him cross the witnesses against him. There will be no jury. It will be a military tribunal. He will be railroaded without any chance at all to defend himself. They are going to treat him as a terrorist just like the Jan 6th prisoners.
And this country will sit around and let them do it.
