Different district, same state:
Fairfax County Public Schools obstructs teachers from reporting violent crimes against them to the police... and Fairfax County Police Dept goes along with it. So if you call the Fairfax County Police Dept saying, “Hi, someone just told me has a gun and a bullet with my name on it, and he’s going to come down to the school and blow my brains away,” FCPD will just direct the caller the school, and leave it up to the principal to decide what to do about the situation. If the principal decides that more proportionally more Black and Hispanic kids have been disciplined for death threats than White kids, or that Whitey bitch had it coming, that principal may do absolutely nothing at all.
I know a teacher in that system that came out as LGBT because it was the only way they could get protection.
