You mean the shirtless thug who ran up screaming, threw a few flailing punches and was such a bad fighter that all his friends had to gang up and bail him out of a fight with on one person?
No, I mean the thug that grabbed a chair and hit a defenseless older lady who was sitting on the ground on her head. That thug. A cop even grabbed him around the waste right after he hit the lady over the head with the chair and pulled him away. But no arrest? I wonder why.
