One has to feel genuinely sorry for Republican voters in Minnesota. As for the Democrats that vote for this nonsense, I hope their taxes get tripled to pay for this stupidity.
But, I’m wondering if this program will be run through some public/private partnership or non-profit, for very large fees, that has some type of relationship with a member of the state legislature or Governor’s office.

This is the kind of crap politicians pull when everybody is doing drugs. Especially weed. I wonder if they’re going to hand out “reparations” of munchies too. Doritos, etc. The people in this wacky country now have the right to be “recreationally” high at all times at the taxpayers’ expense. Minnesota’s Somali tribes are going to require Khat “reparations” also. Somalis haven’t had it this good since Mohamed Farrah “Skyhook” Aidid croaked.
What about reparations to white folks during the Prohibition era? Those hillbillies were rounded up and jailed just for running an alcohol still.
