Isn’t Paltrow the one who was shoving rocks up her vagina a year or so ago? I guess that fad blew over and she’s on to the next.
Poor hollyweirdians, always something with that crowd.

I thought the fad was ice cream or yogurt up the vagina.

Wonder if Laz would agree.I'm of the opinion that Laz would ask...
is there a flap in the back of those jeans?

When you pay 25 euros for a loaf of bread, the price effect guarantees the bread cures your problem.
Same as $500 bottles of wine, or $10,000 speaker wires.

I believe the procedure now is the fecal matter transplant for IBD. Not kidding.

What I’ve read makes this sound really good. Food is always better than drugs.....if the food works. This lady is very passionate about what she does. Unfortunately, it is very expensive.

Before there was Paltrow there was Goop. I bet if you took some of the original and made an enema it would clean your bowels out just as well
do I really have to add that I am not that kind of doctor and I do not recomend anyone try this ?
well I did anyway just in case

I wonder if it’s gluten free? If so, it’s amazing that’s not the first thing said about it.

It’s the whole grain bread I suspect.
This is a fascinating, albeit long, video. It really gets into the meat of the material at about the 35 minute mark.

She advocates for freshly milled wheat flour and explains the nutritional value and the health benefits of it and a brief history of flour production. She explains digestion pretty thoroughly. Basically, fiber is your friend.

Sourdough is heavily fermented, from the Starter to the Levain (if you use that step) to the actual bread itself. I use a 5-hour fermentation of the Levain (just starter, water and flour) and then a 14-16 hour cold fermentation of the dough. I use mainly strong bread flour or "artisan" bread flour (82%) with 12% stoneground organic whole wheat flour and 5% stoneground dark rye flour.
It's truly amazing what just three basic ingredients (flour, water and salt) can create.
It's very easy to digest. I don't know if it helps prevent IBS, but it sure is good!
Here's today's loaf right out of the oven...

I wonder if it’s gluten free? If so, it’s amazing that’s not the first thing said about it. Very likely, teff won't make a rising dough due to no gluten, I think buckwheat won't either. The egg probably provides the sticky protein to allow a risen loaf.

For the people who cringe at paying this much, well, they're not Patrow's audience.
These are people who have custom-built $25,000 refrigerators and $40,000 stovetop/ovens that you'll never come close to seeing at Home Depot.
Few of us can comprehend the domestic luxuries that this demographic enjoys (think, Pelosi's ice cream stash).

I believe the procedure now is the fecal matter transplant for IBD. Not kidding. I have read of some success with that method.
Makes some sense to have the correct internal biota.
