It documents the largely lethargic response of the NATO “Bigs”* vs. the vigorous response of Poland, Lithuania, etc., and brings out many interesting points, including how US money ostensibly spent for Ukraine may end up actually helping fund new “latest and greatest” weapons for... the USA.

**Lethargic compared to Poland, to say nothing of Russia!
