My wife was born, raised, educated in a rural section of Illinois. Her Illinois relatives and friends are good hard working citizens.
Those still living in Illinois are basically supporting their local schools and Chicago’s worthless schools/?’s with one way taxes going to be wasted in Chicago’s/CTU/???.
It its like our local city schools - they get 75% of their budget from state and especially FEDS. You know, because of “equity” and stuff.
