I just read on Quora that the Russians are now drafting men in their 60’s. I find that more believable then this poster who is a clear supporter of Putin.

I don’t know about Russia drafting 60 year olds but they did raise the age to 70 for reservists they can call up.

When they die at the front, the Russian government saves on their pensions. It is logical, but desperate.
