In U.S., most UFO documentation is classified. Not so in other countries.

Brazil and the United States are two countries of continental proportions, frequent UFO sightings and active communities of extraterrestrial enthusiasts. But how each has responded to the most fundamental of human questions — are we alone? — has been sharply different. In the United States, the matter of unidentified aerial phenomena has often been treated as a closely guarded government secret. Meanwhile, in Brazil and much of South America, there has been a more relaxed attitude toward the inexplicable, the public’s right to know and the limits of scientific explanation.

Now, as legislators in Washington push for the same transparency that other parts of the world have enjoyed for years, the cultural and nationalistic differences between how countries interpret the skies and what is divulged have grown even more apparent.

In South America, at least four countries — Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Peru — have public government programs that study and investigate UFO activity. Argentina and Chile regularly release reports on identifying aerial objects. And in Uruguay, which has passed UFO details along to the United States since the 1970s, the military runs the Commission for the Reception and Investigation of Complaints of Unidentified Flying Objects.

[...]

Whether a country shares that contention, researchers say, often comes down to military interests. The United States, for example, has often been less willing to publicize or publicly engage on questions about UFOs — even going so far to spread misinformation in the 1950s — for fear of ceding a strategic advantage to adversaries and jeopardizing national security.

“The U.S. has always tended toward secrecy,” said Chris Impey, an astronomer at the University of Arizona. “Only in the last year or so has there been a push for transparency, but the backdrop of that was flat-out denial or secrecy.”

Heheh. I like it.

Oddly, that's what the article says about the U.S. military. It--particularly the USAF-is accused of pointing to squirrels as a means of deflecting attention away from UFOs.

The question is, why? What are they trying to hide?

If they were trying to hide classified technologies, they could merely say, "talking about this matter might reveal classified secrets." But they--again, particularly the USAF--have undertaken a program to destroy the careers of their own pilots, etc. who have reported sightings TO THEM (the USAF).

Their behavior raises more questions than it deflects.

UFOs doubtless exist. What they are not is alien spacecraft. Physics and the size of the universe preclude that possibility. What the media and the government are working together to present UFOs as a subject that is more than a form of weirdness is a smokescreen and a distraction from the fundamental changes that the Democrats are inflicting on our formerly great nation. Like the magician who distracts you with one hand gesture while performing the trick with the other the Democrat hegemony is blowing smoke to distract from their economy destroying inflation, their life destroying EPA rules, their flood of parasites crossing the border to suck up resources that rightfully belong to legal citizens, their forced transition from safe effective personal vehicles to movement limiting EVs, their climate hysteria, their unending assault on the bill of rights, their transition from a reliable electric grid to unreliable and very expensive wind and solar, their refusal to punish criminals while inflicting Soviet style prison sentences on people who were protesting an obviously stolen election, rewarding the government thug who murdered a protester, etc.

Don’t pay attention to their smoke and mirrors. See what they’re trying to distract you from and act accordingly.

The Air Force way of protecting technologies is not just to classify them, but to classify their existence and even that they are working on things or testing things or classify the existence of places where they test stuff. So when someone sees some strange thing flying around in some strange out of the way place you call it a UFO and classify everything about it and make the poor soul who decided to talk about seeing something look like a raving lunatic who was abducted by little green men in Roswell.

Our deep state and ruling physicalists (all that exists is matter) are greatly threatened by the appearance of intelligent beings from another dimension. Such things cannot exist within the worldview of naturalism (physicalism). However, as occult New Age mystical pantheism (all that exists is mind, for instance) usurps physicalism the attitude toward UFOs will favorably change as well.

It’s diversion on top of diversion. There should be very few secrets from the American taxpayer. That includes the military and the IC. Every dollar spent on every program should be known. Taxpayers don’t need to know the “how” for everything, but they need to know the “how much”, “what”, “why”, “when”, “where”, and the “who in government”. There can be a different set of rules ONLY when Congress declares war. That hasn’t been done since WWII.

As for the rest of government there should be about zero classified information. That would include things such as grand juries, evidence in active crime investigations. People should have the right to act in their best interests. At no time is there the best interest for government or people in government.

As for secrets, that applies to the American people all the time. Government needs to know nearly nothing about our lives. Every ten years government is allowed to count us. We should have heated debates about what else government really needs to know about us and formulate laws in a way that do not require government to know about our individual lives beyond titles of ownership. The government does not need to know if I am married, have children, my profession, my earnings, my investments in domestic businesses, my ownership of weapons, my avocations or anything else.

When you starve government of information, you starve them of control. When the people have near total information about government then people can control government. It is the key to freedom and liberty.

What to expect, America is the one producing experimental aircraft that people refer to as UFOs.

Some may be aliens using physics we have not discovered yet, but most have always been here; they are as much apart of Earth’s flora and fauna as we are.

We are lucky that, in our time, we have witnessed the achievement of settled science in terms of physics. ;-)

UFO space craft traveling at the speed of light?

Sorry, I don’t believe it.

Check the CIAs new flying machines....

We can read a license plate from space but somehow we cannot get a close up of these crafts?
