400,000 dead Ukraine military is quite the assessment.

Is that the number of dead, or the number of casualties? And, how do you know, or is that another assessment. How many casualties do you wish for Ukraine to suffer? Do you do a high-five with yourself every time Ukraine suffers another loss.

But how many Russians have died? Reports are that Russia has suffered over a million casualties, dead and injured. But those reports are a few months old, so, by now, they've probably suffered 1.5 million dead and injured by now. But don't worry, Russia still has a chance, with N. Korea coming to their aid. BTW, your Russian military is no longer respected anywhere in the world, with little Ukraine kicking Russian butt for more than 1 1/2 years now.
