Cliff notes: Iowa is up for grabs because Trump is just like Jeb Bush in 2016, Howard Dean in 2004, and Hillary Clinton in 2008. Trump has no ground game. Trump isn’t showing up. DeSantis is SHOWING UP and working a brilliant campaign especially in Iowa (40 points down.) DeSantis will listen to the voters and all of a sudden DeSantis will win Iowa.

The most important thing, by far, is to win in November 2024. Either Trump or DeSantis would slow the Leftist treasonous dismantling of our country for 4 years. DeSantis, however, has a better chance of putting legislative points on the board on topics such as immigration, something Trump did not do between 2017-2021. Trump’s EOs were wiped away on day one of the Biden regime.

Who cares. “winning Iowa” is meaningless. So many people are checked out on politics and politicians right now and since the fix is in for Biden and has been for years.

I think Trump's firewall is in the South. Most of them are held on Super Tuesday.
Other candidates may do well in Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada primaries before running into Trump's firewall.
If serious, he needs to get his ducks (cats?) in order for the next round.
DeSantis is far more likely to be humiliated in Iowa than to win. Ramaswamy might surpass him.
If recent history shows anything, winning Iowa is meaningless in the presidential race.
DeSantis campaign has been saying they know how to play the system and win there.
