Well, it was supposed to be a reset button. But the clowns on Hillary’s staff translated the English word “reset” into the Russian word “overcharge”. So Hillary presented the Russians with an overcharge button.

Imagine if a Republican had done something that incompetent. It would have been a running joke on ‘Saturday Night Live’ for at least a year.
