Everyone who has been a child knows that there has always been--since the beginning of time--only one way to get rid of teasing and name-calling and that is to:
(1) let the person calling you a name see that you are not bothered by it, and (2) return fire humorously and smartly.
If you show any indication that you are bothered by name-calling, you are just inviting more of it.

My kids went to a small school, there were 2 black kids in the whole system, however it was balanced out with Hispanics.
