The regularly stated refrain about most recent young dead Negros being an “aspiring rapper” who was merely caught up in some felonious undertaking when deterred by a LEO with better firearm skills puts my GAS-meter into exponential negative readings. Same goes for any concern for finding Tupac’s killer.
I thought the rogue LAPD undercover connection was the answer.
And also the reason that the case will always be cold.
The killer probably thought, after 27 years, he had beaten the rap.
I’m talking about Suge Knight, death row records, that kind of stuff.

Did they ever find any of the guys who shot at Tupac before this guy allegedly got him?
