Agree. I’d also add that whether lifting weights or not, everyone over 40 should be on a protein supplement. The more active you are the more important it is.
Yep, whey protein, one of the other supplements that’s work (and is a must, especially if you’re throwing weights around) L-Gluatamine and nitric oxide are my other ones.
