I swapped warfarin for nattokinase 6 years ago and haven’t had a clot since (had 8 before that). I’ll check out Koncentrated K and Serrapeptase. Thanks.

Specifically K-2. Has been shown to reduce atherosclerosis.

I obtained some Super K which has K1 and K2, after also taking D3 + K2 for years. Maybe the extra K[1,2] will help. Thanks for the recommendation.

I credit Nattokinase for saving my life 5 years ago and don’t want the extra K to interfere with Nattokinase.

Serrapeptase may thin my blood too much so I’m avoiding it for now.

I aslo started taking sanchi and dansen (herbs), along with something called SoftenClean. I don’t want stents if I can avoid them.

Some good news is the tingling/numbness has started to fade in my hands and feet. Time will tell. Thanks again for the suggestions.
