I had heard that would work, so I put mine in there and called it. It rang.
I just switched it off (yeah, right) and put in a metal cookie box.
I didn’t press okay, but I think they still got in.
What really pissed me off was the message the feds sent me in a foreign language...oh never mind it was for all the illegals on obamaphones.
I took it out and while it didn’t make any sound, there was the notification. I didn’t press ‘OK’ - I just restarted it.
If they really wanted to freak people out they should use the opening of The Osmonds’ “Crazy Horses”.
hah - yes. I just set it in there. It didn’t go off but there was a notification on the Home Screen.
I just don’t trust them.
Mr mm tells me my phone is still alerting.
Oh well, I’ll just delete it later.

Was at a job interview and I made sure to go in with my phone off. I think I was the only one who’s phone DIDN’T go off, LOL

I was at a musical. Before the performance began, the director came out, introduced himself, and told everyone to completely turn their phones off, not even in airplane mode. Then they spent the next 5+ minutes having the staff help the audience do it if they didn’t know how, including Apple Watches. Not a peep during the show. It was great!
I did mine,too, after wrapping it in aluminum foil. But when I unwrapped it moments ago, my phone was already turned ON, and the EBS display was covering the screen. And to regain control of my phone I had to click the OK icon on the EBS display. Did they do anything to my phone? Probably. What can I expect in the future. ????. I’m glad I know the Lord, and I have a season ticket for eternity with Jesus after this mess runs it’s course. PTL!i

I just did a restart/reboot and the notification disappeared without me having to click on OK.
