People like Kevin McCarthy — and there are many in the GOP caucus who are very much like him — truly believe that you can negotiate with people like Mrs. B-J Clinton and FJB — and there are many in the Democrat/Communist Party who are just like those two — enemies whose opening position is that all conservatives must be destroyed before any negotiation can begin.
