Liddy was convicted on Feb. 5, 2020, for possessing child pornography. He was arrested in July 2017 and was found to have “sexually explicit images of prepubescent minors” on his personal devices. He was sentenced to five years of probation following his conviction.

Notably, Liddy is also the son of former FBI agent and key Watergate figure G. Gordon Liddy...

Long Beach lawyer Jackie P. Ferrari...was convicted on felony drug charges related to the distribution of oxycodone. She was convicted in June 2019 after pleading guilty to one count of distribution. Ferrari was the subject of an investigation following the overdose death of an unnamed 22-year-old woman.

Redding attorney Michael Ralph McCabe...represented a couple in a civil case that involved a dispute with their landlord. He failed to serve the defendants with a complaint, didn’t file proper paperwork related to the case and missed two separate court appearances, which resulted in the case being dismissed.

And his brother Tom Liddy is a lawyer for the election fraud machine in Arizona. I don’t know which is worse.

Liddy. Liddy. It’s fun to say Liddy. Liddy. Glad it’s not my name though.

I enjoyed G Gordon Liddy’s autobiography; he’s an interesting guy. In his FBI day they were trained to fast-draw by gunslingers.

After he went to prison and came out he often said something to the effect of “I don’t have any guns - my wife has a lot of guns, though.”

We all agree child porn is about as evil as it gets, and your casual statement is usually made to prompt conversation,

My take: Liddy only got 5 years' probation so it would not appear a great number of individuals, if any, were damaged by his behavior.

OTOH, any attorney for AZ election machine fraud knows things that many of us believe occurred which are actionable. Those things will certainly harm many and may well continue to occur in the future.

Must be more to that case. Sounds like a solid malpractice case, and maybe a suspension, but fouling up one case (repeatedly) doesn't seem like a disbarment if it's his first rodeo.

My Old School

California tumbles into the sea
That’ll be the day I go back to Annandale
Tried to warn you
About Chino and Daddy Gee
But I can’t seem to get to you through the U.S. Mail
Well I hear the whistle but I can’t go, I’m gonna
Take her down to Mexico, she said oh no
Guadalajara won’t do

“Daddy Gee” was G. Gordon Liddy who busted Donald Fagen’s girlfriend at Bard College while he was a Dutchess County prosecutor.
