He expressed an opinion. I don't agree his opinion but that was his crime.

Jones claimed no one was killed at Sandy Hook, it was all fake, the children and parents were all hired actor to drive visits to his website and listeners to his program. He’s despicable.
He slandered the parents when he accused the parents of being in on the conspiracy. He got careless with his words.
He is not likeable according to the media. He does not follow the media’s script. And in this day and age, that is more than enough. The media sets the narrative and the sheep bleat, Amen! Hell with forming one’s own opinion based on the facts the sheep baa. We have the media to tell us what to think and how to act. We stay busy smoking our medical marijuana.
Defamed the parents of those whose children were murdered in the school shootings and was rightfully found liable when they sued for defamation.
And some here defend it as ‘free speech’ and ‘opinion.’ It was not opinion, nor free speech. He made false statements that defamed these people, on top of everything else they had gone through.
