That was the problem, nobody proved there was a death. I didn’t see any bodies, I saw no ambulances. That skinny little thing was such a good shot that he killed everyone he shot at. Nobody was taken in an ambulance, no triage was used, no surgeries, no ALMOST saved one... all dead, no wounded. The Coroner came to the scene and pronounced instead of having bodies brought to a morgue. Yeah, nothing wrong there.

You can’t lie, if you don’t know the truth. If lying is a crime, why aren’t climate scientists, teachers, doctors, pharmaceutical companies, CNN, NBC, CBS, NYT, Washington Post and reporters in jail or in court for slander?

My entire first paragraph is true, except for the first and last sentences. They were opinions. Am I required by law to believe something, and if I speak out be liable for my thoughts? That is the nub of the Alex Jones trial. He believes differently, probably because there really are no facts but what MSM told us.

Re: 46

Thanks for your perspective. I've only been listening to Alex Jones for the past 5 months, or so, and I've found his Infowars shows to be very informative. He'll often take some 'way out' there positions, but they often turn out to be correct.
I really don't know what happened in his Sandy Hook broadcasts. He makes some short references to them, from time to time (I presume he can't talk too much about them in detail - due to the legal process), but I got the impression that he only made his 'over the top' hypothesis, once, and it was immediately after the event. I.e., long ago.
Thanks for your comments, because I discount the bleatings of the Deep State 3 Amigos - who always want to discredit opinions that don't conform to the official narrative. Alex Jones may have been way off in his original hypothesis, or maybe not. But the fact is that the Narrative spinners want him destroyed - the first Amendment be damned.

Jones wasn’t able to claim that he believed what he said about Sandy Hook thanks to his own private messages that became evidence against him. His own texts or emails revealed that he knowingly invented his story for his show.
