(The woman from Ecuador said they they all received three free meals every day at the Holiday Inn)

Imagine if American citizens were so well-treated

I mean the average American citizen

Not the EBT crowd that gets what $100-$300 a month? (I have no idea; probably don’t wanna know)

Remember when they were forcing unvaccinated people to quarantine in hotel rooms because they weren’t allowed to travel, and the hotels supposedly couldn’t find enough food for them?

Somehow illegals get 3 meals though.
SOMEONE NEEDS TO FOLLOW ALL THIS MONEY AND SEE WHERE IT LEADS BACK TO!!!!!!!

Payments vary wildly. I was talking to a homeless guy a couple of years ago, and he was getting very little in food stamps. He said it was because he had no rent payment. (Lived in his car.). He was one of the few that actually fished, and modtly fed himself. Couldn’t begrudge the guy some olive oil, spices, and rice. Then there were the ones that lived on 7-11 pizza, and freebies from the homeless center...

During Covid my one daughter was getting $1500 per month. It is based on income with a subtraction of household bills. Where she lives her rent is $2,200 for a 3 bedroom. Her husband works full time, but inflation is a killer. Especially with the price of housing and fuel. He walks to work, and is picked up after. That’s what the spike in housing prices brought them. Double the cost of rent, and fuel is near double. Under Trump fuel was in the 3 buck range, today it is close to 5. If a person loses their domicile, you are so screwed. I think they pay about $7K to move last time.

Whereas I always lived in a house after I reached the age of 22, many live in apartments with house payment sized rents.

I was at Costco at the beginning of this month renewing my mebership.

I mentioned to the clerk how busy it was, she stated it was the first of the month and they had their EBT cards renewed.

She said you would not believe what they get monthly, she said thousands of dollars.
