Very tragic. I have a good friend who used to be his girlfriend, but maintained their friendship to today. He overcame many chemical demons and lost a lot of weight. What a shame.

His history suggests his heart would have taken quite a beating over the years. People with some heart and/or blood pressure issues need to stay out of hot tubs. It is very, very easy in a short time to have plummeting BP. My doctor told me of one case he knew.

Long term drug abuse will do that. My middle brother, a longtime alcoholic, die of a heart attack after 3 weeks of hospitalization and rehab in a nursing home. How sad he died in a Jacuzzi. Most likely had a sever MI and drowned in 2 feet of water.
