That's weird. I'm trying to imagine our magnetic fields being misaligned...

The Uranian axis of rotation is approximately parallel to the plane of the Solar System, with an axial tilt of 97.77° (as defined by prograde rotation).

It’s not just the poles flipped.. it’s actually that the magnetic axis of the planet is different from the axis of rotation, by almost 60 degrees. So a compass on Uranus would point towards somewhere closer to the equator than to the north pole.
