Robinson claimed the actor made her put away his boxers, wash his sheets, and set his table.
The suit also alleges that 'De Niro would direct Ms. Robinson to scratch his back, button his shirts and prod him awake when he was in bed.'
Furthermore, states the filing, 'De Niro also stood idly by while his friend slapped Ms. Robinson on her buttocks.'
The former production company employee says that De Niro would also exhibit various forms of creepy behavior including 'urinating during telephone calls' and greet her wearing only his 'pajamas or a bathrobe.'

Robert De Niro is back in court today testifying against his ex-assistant who is suing the 80-year-old actor for $12million over claims of harassment.
De Niro reacted with fury when assistant Graham Chase Robinson threatened to hire lawyers after she resigned from his company Canal Productions, the court heard Tuesday.
The jury were shown texts between the film star and his girlfriend Tiffany Chen, a martial arts instructor and mother of De Niro's months-old baby.
In the July 2019 message, De Niro said: 'Can you believe Chase. Who the f*** does she think she is?'
Chen replied: 'She thought she was your wife. I saw it from the beginning. I told you'.
De Niro replied: 'The ba**s. The nerve. The chutzpah. The sense of entitlement. How dare her!'

What did her contract stipulate as her duties as executive assistant?
That’s the $12 million question?
De Niro is an oxygen thief, but I do give him points for using the word, “chutzpah,” in a text message.
Bullies (who often tend to be liberals) are not very happy people deep down inside.
It can be seen as assault when you put your hands on another person without consent.
Not saying that is right or always the case, but it can be seen that way in a court.
You should stand up for your employees if they are abused.
I have never had a maid or a housekeeper, but the laundry stuff seems like it would be part of the job.
Backscratching and shirt buttoning seems more personal, like something a butler or “manservant” would do.
Personal abuse, though, is out of the question. If you don’t like what someone is doing, and you can’t civilly correct them, then fire them.
This dude is a complete mental case. He’s been too deep into satanic Hollywood for too long to have any grasp of reality. I hope he can turn his life around and find Jesus.
looks good on screen.
POS IRL
Gee, ever wonder why he’s so effective playing a depraved lunatic in a movie? Maybe because he’s one in real life?
That, allowing his guest to manhandle the maid, without raising any objection, was wrong. But all her other complaints shown here; he answered the door in his underwear, was very minor. Now, if he commonly answered the door nude, that would be a reasonable objection.
Maybe there’s more, unreasonable work hours or unsavory duties. Still, she could have quit at any time.
That's what I'm thinking. Why not quit? There. Problem solved.
Schadenfreude
Whenever a filthy scumbag democrat feels pain, I feel pleasure. More please, much more. /spit
Duly noted!
I have no idea what all this case is about. We only know what is reported in this article. DeNiro is probably a really mean “entitled” leftist ahoe so I can imagine there is more to this story than we see here.
Is ex assistant a maid? I have never heard of an assistant being classified as a maid.
Not a fan of Satanic Hollywood but I wouldn't blame them here. Robert De Niro was a skid mark before he ever showed up in Hollywood.
Isn’t that a Jewish word? I thought he was Italian
“you talking to me?”
