Uganda had HIV infections of epidemic proportions in the 80's, and began a policy toward preventing it by getting people to follow safe sex rules. You'd think with the AIDS/HIV problems in Africa, that banning anal sex would be supported by everyone. Biden is actually encouraging people to spread AIDS through anal intercourse. What a POS.
