Why wasn’t he given capital punishment upon conviction?
Please name for me ANY State of this Great Republic which has legislated the death penalty for rape.
You will, of course, not be able to name any ... and that would be why he wasn't given capital punishment.
As an aside ... Vlad Tepes knew how to deal with these kind of people.
