Dunno. I wonder how many young girls who got pregnant committed suicide because their scolding relatives made their lives hell?
I personally know two women who had abortions; both ended up mental cases. Both had decent parents. I dated the sister of one of them.
The other I actually dated, but correctly sensed ‘damaged goods’, and moved on. 30 years later, when I ventured onto the ‘classmates website’, I contacted her, hoping her life had turned out ok. It did... over 20 years (and repeated really bad relationships) later.
