Isn't there some law that extended the statute of limitations which expires this month? Some lawyer went trolling for a "victim" in hopes of a $payday$ for himself.

1. It’s not about having a ‘need’ to rape.
2. It’s about wanting to rape as a sex act for the pleasure or as a tool.

Some men and women have a ‘bent/evil’ streak inside their soul and it will often only be (temporarily) be assuaged by acts of violence.
