the business will shutter and a new restaurant with a new name will pop up in its place. So all they're doing is changing the name? Same bad actors, same deranged staff?
Hopefully the locals will see through this charade and keep the pressure up.

SOP. Folks are looking for the next new thing. They get bored easy and businesses are accommodating. Jake Tapper says changes are necessary at least every 7-10 years.
