At common law and still in many states, if you injure someone and they die more than a year and a day later, you cannot be charged with murder. By the token, an incident 5.5 years ago cannot be reasonably said to have caused this result. This is so obvious, so
I’m not sure why this keeps getting posted. Restaurants infamously fail all the time, and this one claims to be retooling with a plan to reopen.

The headline misleading. But that was the intent.

Agreed, if it happened a few months after the event with Sanders, it could reasonably be said to becthe result of that incident. 5ish years later, very doubtful.

Yep. While we would all like to say it’s karma for the disgusting treatment of Sarah and family, if that were the case it would have happened a lot sooner. After the covid persecution of the restaurant industry, this is a to be expected progression
