White men should not sign up for police departments. They should opt out just like they’re doing with the military. They have no upside.
And towns should draw down their police forces, and quietly hire private security firms, off the books if possible, where those white guys disposed towards police work should go for employment.

Private police forces (gangs) already exist, and are one of the large problems civil society faces.
Communities need local, municipal, orderly law enforcement, that works to benefit everyone in that community.
Several “private” police forces would result in me starting a new yootube channel: “When Police Forces Clash”
Whose laws will each private force follow? BLM? GBLT? NAMBLA?
AARP? NRA?
Our court system is overloaded now, imagine after this is implemented!

This was a big problem in the West when it was first being populated. Hence the Wild West.
The West started becoming civilized when policing became a public matter and territorial law was applied and enforced.
Destroying the federal system isn't enough. Marxists know they also have to destroy each community government because collectively they comprise the foundation on which the federal system rests.
Whites voluntarily walking away from their own country is all this would mean.
