BREAKING - CHARACTER ASSASSINATION:
@FoxNews sister news outlet owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation, @nypost, attacks @TuckerCarlson and @VivekGRamaswamy and indirectly @elonmusk .
In what appeared to be a hit job and a deliberate character assassination to promote @RonDeSantis and @NikkiHaley, two candidates with zero chance of winning the GOP nomination, while indirectly attempting to undermine @realDonaldTrump ahead of the first GOP primary in Iowa, Rupert Murdoch's publication sensationally claimed that Vivek has become a 'conspiracy theorist' like 'Tucker Carlson' for suggesting that the next Republican debate be hosted on X for a bigger audience.
The paper writes, "That he suggests Tucker Carlson to host only doubles down on that gambit: Like Ramaswamy, Carlson used to raise important topics that much of the media didn’t want to touch — but these days he’s largely dedicated to pushing buttons hard for a select sector of folks.
"That’s the main road to social media success, after all.
And the direction of Ramaswamy’s campaign, as he increasingly relies on conspiracy theories and his most “unique” ideas for his appeal."
My take: Fox News and The New York Post, both owned by the same family, endorsed Ron DeSantis, have been propping up Nikki Haley while trying to undermine Trump.
They pushed out all Trump leaning people from Fox News, including Tucker Carlson. But it's not working. Polls suggest that Trump is the number one choice for Republicans and except he is assassinated by the forces of darkness, no one can stop him.
It amazes me how smart people will sacrifice any manner of personal respect and reputation to make political points for their tribe. Honor, respect and reputation no longer matter. Most every pundit anymore will throw that all away for their tribe.

Not to get off topic, but what the hell does “X” mean? Elon Musk changed the name from Twitter to X. OK granted Twitter is a strange name, but X is even more weird. What is it, X marks the spot? Malcolm X? X meaning 10?
NY Post is a tabloid and tabloids sensationalize.
He’s still majority shareholder. He just stepped down from the boards of Fox and Newscorp.
Tu8cker Carlson attacked Capitalism and seems to be pushing a third way between socialism/communism and Capitalism -- just as the Nazis and the Fascists did.
Those two individuals are evil and should be criticized.

On many issues, there are two camps of opinion here which seem to live in different realities. One of the reasons it is hard for me to identify as a conservative these days is that the term is losing its meaning. Now I am forced to describe myself as first, a biblical Christian, second, a Constitutionalist, third, a nationalist and fourth (I hope), not bat feces crazy.
“Space X” is another Musk property so I guess a little cross-promotion.
Musk has SpaceX. (So, for that matter, why ‘SpaceX?’) Maybe ‘X’ is just a Musk thing?
Musk kid’s name is: X Æ A-12
So he seems to like X for whatever reason.
Tribalism *is* the human condition.
I do not agree.
