I went to the “Rate My School” website and looked up Hillcrest High School in NYC. That high school is mostly minority and has an abysmal academic record.
Look at the bigger picture. In the old west, they used to call this riding someone down “Texas style” where they stampede the cattle in big numbers down the throats of people to take control of those that don’t get killed by fear and in some instances other violence. Same thing. It’s all intimidation.

Meanwhile, the non-feral children have to suffer the education time lost and the teacher’s attention because of animals misbehaving in class so that the young thug can be hugged and given a lollipop after they throw a few desks.
