Juat shut the entire ‘school’ down.
I am betting there is a ZERO percentage of any of them reading at a kindergarten level and there are more kids going to get condoms and birth control than are attending classes.
I went to the “Rate My School” website and looked up Hillcrest High School in NYC. That high school is mostly minority and has an abysmal academic record.
