BREAKING: In case you missed this last night, @RepMTG told @TuckerCarlson that Republican Speaker Mike Johnson (@SpeakerJohnson ) may not be working in the interest of the American people and the Republican Party. The self-proclaimed man of God, who quotes the Bible all the time in Jesus' name, may not be the right man for the job ahead of a crucial election in 2024.

I agree with her.
Regardless, he's still MILES better than McCarthy, Ryan or Boener.
I think we can expect his decidedly SOCIAL conservatism to look much different from past speakers with an almost exclusively fiscal emphasis on policy attention. It will be vastly refreshing, I hope.
Johnson isn’t an emperor. He can’t do anything unless he has the votes to do it, and he doesn’t have the votes to do what MTG wants. The End.
Leave it to Republicans. Let’s just all throw him under the bus.
Charlie Kirk said in the last couple days he is working behind the scenes to renew the FISA Ct. stuff to spy on Americans the next decade. I’m done with him, might as well have Boehner back.
For the purists among us, nobody is ever good enough.
I agree with her. Mike’s Johnson is being blackmailed already.
Was disappointed Tucker didn’t confront her over her support for McCarthy.
What good would that do?
And she wasn’t frustrated with her boyfriend Kevin?
You should know by now that a Republican member of Congress will always disappoint you in the end.
A pro-life bill was on the verge of passing in Louisiana, and Mike Johnson stopped it. His reasoning. Power.

Johnson is the type of leader that half of the party wanted.
Jim Jordan is the type of leader the party needed.
After half of the party voted to expell a rep. who had not been convicted of any crime and the leader was willing to lose another seat by saying “vote your conscience” it should tell you everything you need to know about the future of the House.
𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘮 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯, 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘱.
We shall see how he does. It is early yet.
However one speaker, President or person in government is not going to solve this mess. It takes a team.
Jim Jordan???
The head of the judiciary committee??
The committee that has allowed rogue judges to go on unchecked and unimpeached?
Hmmm......
Watch the whole interview. She praises Mike Johnson as a good, Christian man.
The overall take-away is that the Beltway is completely broken.
Great 30 minutes!
Well Said
