No, it’s more like our American JDAMS which is a kit to convert “dumb” aerial bombs into all-weather “smart” bombs.

Two years into Syria, "why haven't we won yet?" Syria is still a mess of Syrian and Turkish and Kurdish and Russia and American forces, so "why haven't we won" is indeed an "lol."
Perhaps two years into WWII would clarify? Or two years into Viet Nam?

And Shoigu said that just near Avdiivka (this is data as of the morning of Friday, December 1) more than 2,000 military personnel died in a week. And the army fights heroically and does everything possible.

That particular Russian blogger is very well connected and almost 100% correct in what he publishes - not to mention multiple other sources saying much the same. Sorry for you losses.
It is interesting that "Kremlin snuff" as was cited as if some form of documentation is among the many gossip channels, and cites and sources nothing to an more reputable source.
In court such stuff is hearsay, and thereby inadmissible. In children's games. this is called Chinese Whispers. In American politics courtesy of Nancy Pelosi, this is called the "wrap up smear."
While we may see actual, on-the-scene footage from the Hamas-Israel war, the "footage" coming from the Ukraine-Russia war is not.
