Bama could as easily have been 9-3 legimately this year. Aside from that Bama at #8 beating #1 only has so high a ceiling expecially when the committee signaled they would drop #2 OSU to 6 with Bama two back. Georgia has to drop 4-5 places after OSU’s Mich loss and Bama does not as the other 12-1 conference champ jump Texas who beat them. Nick rarely puts it on the line and this year his looked like it was when a Hail Mary got them to 11-1 against a 5-7 team. Bama is 6, Georgia 7, Oregon 8.
