A former Fox News staffer has filed a lawsuit against the network and Tucker Carlson's executive producer for sexual assault and alleged the network prevented him from reporting it.
The lawsuit, filed Monday in the Southern District of New York, claimed that Andrew Delancey, a former Regional Producer with Fox News Edge, was sexually assaulted by Tucker Carlson's Senior Executive Producer Justin Wells.

Wells was fired at the same time as Carlson - but now works as a producer on Carlson's new X chat show.
Delancey alleged Wells first made contact with him in 2007 through a Facebook group for Fox News employees when Delancey was working at Fox 13 Tampa Bay and Wells was a producer at Fox 5 NYC .
According to the lawsuit Wells told Delancey he has 'caught his eye,' began sending messages to show he knew powerful people and encourage Delancey to move to New York.
In September 2008, Delancey began his employment at Fox News in New York City where Wells allegedly showered him with gifts.
When Delancey realized his salary was difficult to live on in the Big Apple, he claimed Wells connected him to an interview at a different network and put in a good word for him around Fox.
'Wells was not reserved about reminding Mr. Delancey that he held higher status at the Network and could, in turn, affect Mr. Delancey’s career trajectory,' alleged the lawsuit.
The alleged assault happened one month after Delancey started at Fox News when he was meeting up with Wells to go out with coworkers for a drink.
Delancey claimed Wells invited him inside his apartment for a cocktail before going out.

According to the lawsuit, Delancey found it difficult to make ends meet in New York on a $45,000 salary, and asked Wells if he knew of any other higher paying positions. Wells arranged for an interview at an NBC station, and indicted that he would put in a “good word” with others at Fox News.
Wells also invited Delancey to meet him and his co-workers at Barracuda Lounge, near Wells’ apartment, according to the suit. When Delancey arrived, Wells invited him up to the apartment for a “pregame” cocktail, the lawsuit claimed. Delancey “knew that Wells was in a relationship and did not believe anything untoward would occur.

There is no evidence, only testimony. Had there been any evidence, he would not have waited fifteen years. Fox has been successfully sued over the years with no evidence.
