This was fourth grade level sports. It just displays the level of games when the officials are doing exactly what they are trained to prevent and expected to control. These officials must have just been pulled off the streets and given uniforms. The school system should cancel the association contract, if there is one, and bar the offending officials from campus for the rest of the year, at least. National Federation puts into their rulebooks identifying tips on how to recognize an escalation of non-sport violence and these officials are a display of one of the things wrong with precollege contests.
