The stuff is way too salty for my taste. I do love a nice corned beef hash with a couple sunny side up eggs, but made from real corned beef, not canned and not over salted Well what about bacon? Have you ever had a non-salty bacon?
The potatoes in corned beef hash makes the hash less salty.

You make a good point, but a lot of that renders out with the fat. I’ll give it another try. But I will also look to buy some real corned beef at Costco before St. Patrick’s Day!

Yes. Side pork is uncured bacon. I used to get jumbo jalapeno stuffed olives and wrap them with side pork. Bacon was too salty.
