Works for me.
Use it on sore joints
CBD oil may help ease symptoms of anxiety, neurological disorders, heart health issues, and certain types of pain, among other health conditions.
That said, while some study findings are available, more research is necessary to draw conclusions. Some studies are still ongoing.
Since the potential uses of CBD are still not entirely determined, it’s a good idea to speak with a qualified healthcare professional before trying it.

Oh for Gawd sake, as you age you simply do not need that much sleep. Do you want to live life as a drugged out zombie? If you can’t sleep, get some work done.
I’d like to try it but it’s too expensive...
I’ve tried it... Did nothing for me pain or sleep wise. Glad it works for you
I tried it and my wife said I was stumbling around not knowing where I was in the middle of the night. No thanks
If this oil is so helpful, and not harmful, why is it not prescribed by the family doctor and dispensed at the local CVS pharmacy?
Nah. Two melatonin gummies. That’s all I may need if anything.
I play tennis and golf and work out at the gym and this stuff is a miracle on sore joints, tennis elbow, you name it. If I over play tennis, I sometimes get a swollen toe and I can hardly walk. This stuff works overnite on it. Amazing.....have to admit. It’s the ointment I use.
For those leery of CBD there is the age old herbal supplement Ashwagandha.

I’ve been using it for about six months and is is helping with all of the things big pharma has been pushing on me; blood pressure, cholesterol, inflammation, stress, insomnia....
I found the best dosage for me is 2100 mg capsules that are a mix of ashwagandha root and ashwagandha extract. Either one in the morning and one in the evening, or two before bedtime.
The calming effect was noticed the first night. Not a drugged stupor, just a calm feeling.

I tried all kinds of different ones, and none of them worked for me.
I use a CBD cream for joint, muscle aches and it really helps with sciatica pain.
I tried it for arthritis and it worked, kind of. Unintented consequence was extreme incontinence, very embarrassing. I stopped when I connected the dots and everything went back to normal.
I say leave CBD alone, you do not need it and it is expensive.
Interesting to see FReepers arguing that CBD is dangerous because it does not have enough government regulation. They think we are the government’s children, and we need the Fauci bureaus to protect us from Freedom.
For those looking for a brand name, “Charlotte’s Web” is a highly respected brand with a high price. Any retailer selling that brand might direct you to another brand that is also good while being more affordable.
Magnesium for sleep and turmeric and horsepaste for joint pain works for me.
I found this to be very helpful. It’s only 12 minutes long and a simple method to use and involves no supplements or drugs.

Another libertarian pothead.
My neighbor is in the biz. My sleep is not great, sounds like I should get with him.
