I comment there sometimes, but most times they don’t show up.

The Daily has changed their Comments format over the last year. It has been split into two collections of reader comments. Sometimes neighter format will pick up a new remark. Other times, you have to devise roundabout methods to view your posting and any reactions to it.

The newer collection of comments will often try to censor what you post. The system will ask you: “Are you sure you want to post this as written? Some members of the community may find it disturbing.” I can usually change one word or fiddle with spacing to make my remark more “acceptable’ to their new software. Sometimes, I refuse to change anything, and will ignore their Karen type warnings.

"Not enough people commenting on Daily Mail articles?"

I'd still be commenting there if they hadn't banned me for life, simply for offering historical facts. I'm 76 now. Was probably around 70-71 at the time when they banned me. I've been here 26 years, and have never been banned or suspended. But the Daily Mail found a 70 year old woman such a threat, that they had to ban her. I wear it as a badge of honor.
