Yes - because it is a lie. One the most common propaganda memes you Putlerists use here is the trope that Zelenskyy is stealing all the money we sent. Because you evidently know nothing about security assistance, I’ll explain: much if not most of the amounts you cite is the value of the weapons systems we sent to the Ukrainians, such as the Patriot air defense systems, just one of which is worth over a billion dollars! There is no reputable evidence indicating that Zelenskyy is pocketing billions from foreign aid. Now I am sure there is a certain amount of corruption and someone there is probably skimming, but the Ukrainian government, under US and others’ pressure is struggling to minimize it. So stop lying.
