“Falling appetite for beef is good news for the environment. Beef produces 10 times the greenhouse gas emissions of poultry or pig meat and between 20 and 60 times more than many plant-based forms of protein.”

In the second paragraph they expose their REAL agenda; reading the rest of the silly, dodgy article confirms it.

Oh, and looky here! A bio of the author:

“Matt Reynolds is a senior writer at WIRED, where he covers climate, food, and biodiversity. Before that, he was a technology journalist at New Scientist magazine. His first book, The Future of Food: How to Feed the Planet Without Destroying It, was published in 2021.”

Nope, no agenda with this one! Just pure journalism!
