Derek Chauvin is serving 21 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Someone just tried to murder him. If they'd do this to him, they'd do it to you.

Thanks for keeping this alive.
Our DOJ is political.
Frankly the entire DOJ and it’s agencies needs to have a leadership purge at the top and two more levels down, to include the: DOJ in DC, federal courts / US attorney’s, FBI, DEA, ATF.
Review all policies and procedures and get rid of the political garbage.
Change recruiting back to a pure merit based system.
That place is so infested that you’re not going to fix it being nice. The political slime and connections to political figures behind the scene self perpetuates and needs culling. Today not only is the USAG a total political hack, which you expect of an appointment like him, but the politics extends deep into the organization and only those that are on board with the it rise to the top. Today the politics is present in policies, training, procedures, even in their threat prioritization and allocation of resources and how they approach it.

Even if Trump wins in 2024, he won’t fix the country by 2028. Someone will have to carry his torch. I can think of no one better qualified than Tucker.

Biggest problem is to clean out the legal staffs!
They’re the ones who put a “legal covering” over all their unconstitutional activities.

Ask his gd scheister this:
Murder3 is negated by his overlapping work relationship with Big Gorge at LNR. When Murder3 is overturned, that also overturns the Murder2 Unintentional conviction (shared elements). That leaves the Manslaughter2 conviction, for which Chauvin would serve 6 years and 121 days, max. That would leave about 5 years to serve ... and had Big Gorge served the entirety of his sentences, we wouldn't even be reading about this mishigas.

Look at this, Freepers are more interesting in using this thread to punch down on NamuratareddotpoohnjabberhowdidthisTrumpVPcontestassprimaryattractnotonebuttwobrahminbullshitlosers?
Meanwhile, Chauvin is actually not guilty of Murder3, and his non-guilt of Murder3 is more than sufficient reason to overturn his Murder2.
"Your Honor, I now call the owner of the El Nuevo Rodeo club in Minneapolis, Maya Santamaria, to the stand." - "Maam, did you not tell KSTP that Mr. Chauvin and Big Gorge "both worked security for her club up to the end of last year"?
"Chauvin was our off-duty police for almost the entirety of the 17 years that we were open," Santamaria said. "They were working together at the same time, it's just that Chauvin worked outside and the security guards were inside...the two overlapped working security on popular music nights within the last year...""My friend sent me (the video) and said this is your guy who used to work for you and I said, 'It's not him.' And then they did the closeup and that's when I said, 'Oh my God, that's him,'" Santamaria said. "I didn't recognize George as one of our security guys because he looked really different lying there like that."
- "Maam, did you hire Big Gorge after he drifted up north from serving five years in prison for a home invasion conviction?"
" Santamaria wondered if Monday's incident could have turned out differently if Chauvin recognized Floyd from their days working at her club. ‘What if he could’ve just said “Hey, man, you and I worked together at Maya’s place. Remember me?”’ she said."
- "Your Honor. Under Minnesota Statute 609.195, Murder3 requires "depraved heart", yet these 2 men knew each other. No previous Minnesota Murder3 conviction has ever stood on appeal, when there was any evidence that the assailant knew the victim. Therefore, I ask this Court to immediately vacate the original verdict on the Murder3 count and order a retrial; or in the alternate, I ask this Court to fully endorse a writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court on the same grounds."

I’m watching the full interview on YouTube right now. Wow, what an injustice.
The division in this country is near boiling point.
To: RandFan
Sadly, I don’t see Chauvin making it out alive. :( He’s had many, MANY attempts made on his life so far. I think he’s spent more time in a Prison Hospital than in actual Prison at this point.
When he’s finally offed do you think there will be city-wide riots of protest?
That tells ya all you need to know about our legal system and Life In America these days.

I posted it on PWIN (patriots.win) .... their admins put it on the front page
Have a look. It’s going to get thousands of votes.
This is still being kept alive by a lot of people because of the general injustice

“ Free Derek Chauvin and ALL political prisoners in the USA!”
There may, by now, be as many political prisoners in the USA as there are in China.
