No cop wants to go to jail for shooting rioting anarchists and I don’t blame them.

Sadly, it is the world we live in, but... it’s probably cyclic.

Good idea. But, this is trashtown USA. Being ready there means having a full pack of tickets to hand out. Coppers will do nothing to prevent any issues.
