That would be a pure AI, which we are NOT going to get. Programmers given guidelines are well able to stick hard parameters in the current AIs, and do.

AI today is not self replicating with no controls. There are absolutely controls. That is why these AI systems seem quite woke; companies throw out results they do not like and put ones in they do.
